Our bookkeeping services include making entries of all bank and credit card transactions into a bookkeeping software program such as QuickBooks. This includes entering checks written, credit card charges for purchases and deposits received. Each month, we reconcile all bank and credit card accounts to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and no suspicious transactions have occurred. We also provide cash flow projections to help small businesses make informed decisions about their financial resources.
In addition to bookkeeping services, we offer monthly financial reporting to help small businesses track and monitor their progress. This includes providing reports to be used to track and monitor the progress of the business. By reviewing and monitoring financial reports on a regular basis, small businesses can make changes throughout the year to prosper and grow.
Payroll Services
We provide payroll services for small businesses, including processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees. We also handle quarterly and annual tax reports and forms to avoid penalties from the IRS or state payroll tax departments.
Notary Services
As a licensed Notary, we can validate signatures on legal documents, providing an additional level of service to our clients.
