Our Team

Our team at Norman W. Marcoux, CPA, Inc. is made up of highly qualified and experienced professionals. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the tax and accounting field, ensuring that we can provide the most informed and effective guidance to our clients.

One of our esteemed team members is Elaine L. Fransen, CPA. Elaine graduated from Clinton High School in May of 1959 and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in May of 1968, after taking a few breaks for motherhood. Elaine sat for her CPA exam in November of 1968 and was awarded her CPA certification on February 1, 1969. She was employed as the accountant at Oklahoma General Hospital in Clinton until the spring of 1969, when she joined the firm of Wilson and Teeter, CPAs in Clinton. On October 1, 1972, Elaine opened her own firm, Elaine L. Fransen, CPA, which later merged with Norman W. Marcoux, CPA, Inc.
