At Allied Tax Planners, we have a long history of delivering exceptional tax and financial planning services to our clients. Our story began in the 1970s when our founder, Brad Haupt, started selling investments in Public Storage mini warehouses. He soon realized that many potential investors were hesitant to make decisions without consulting their tax advisor first. This led him to delve deeper into the tax consequences of investments, and he decided that advisors should be experts in both taxes and investing.

In 1978, Brad founded Allied Tax Planners with the goal of providing seamless integration between financial advisory and tax preparation services. Since then, four of Brad's sons have joined the company, further expanding our capabilities and commitment to helping individuals solve their money problems.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. Our founder, Brad Haupt, is a seasoned expert on tax and personal finance, having prepared tax returns for over forty years and taught classes on accounting and deductions for business owners. He has been a guest on radio shows and served as the president of the Bay Area Enrolled Agents chapter.

Andrew Haupt, one of Brad's sons, has been preparing taxes since 2005 and prides himself on taking good care of his clients. He is known for putting himself in his client's shoes when making business decisions, which has led to long-term client satisfaction. Andrew also enjoys volunteering his expertise to help people who can't afford professional advice.

David Haupt, another son of Brad, has been in the tax profession since 2012. He loves meeting new people and genuinely cares about his clients, wanting to help them make the best financial decisions. David enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is always up for an adventure, whether it's going out on his motorcycle or camping and hiking with the family.
