Our History

The Rodeheaver Group was first established as "Rodeheaver & Associates" in 1983 by Randle A. Rodeheaver, CPA. Over the years, we have expanded our team to include experienced professionals such as James M. Murray, CPA, who joined in 1984, and Denise L. Rinker, CPA, who became a principal in 1988. In 2016, we welcomed Lynn Flink, CPA, Brant Moorhead, and Dave Shaffer, CPA as new principals, bringing with them over 25 years of experience in public accounting.

On January 1, 2021, we announced the addition of Kristi Newsome, CPA as a new principal and also the merger with Denny & Alastanos, PLLC, Certified Public Accountants. Kristi Newsome has been a highly accomplished tax accountant and advisor in Western MD and WV communities for more than 20 years. Denny & Alastanos, PLLC was founded in 1979 and is located in Clarksburg, WV. The firm provides a broad range of tax, audit, and attestation services.
