Our Firm

Wood and Wood, Ltd. was established in 1961 by K. Dale Wood, a graduate of Southern State College (now Southern Arkansas University). In 1973, Dale's son, Walter D. "Wally" Wood, joined the firm, and in 1980, Wally became the second CPA and Wood and Wood, Ltd. was formed. Wally became the managing shareholder and President of the company in 1985. In 2014, Wally's son, William E. "Will" Wood, became the firm's third CPA.
