Unacceptable Service and Unethical Behavior
The reviews shared on this platform paint a dire picture of a business with no regard for its clients. The consistent theme is one of incompetence, misinformation, and breaches of ethics.
Tax Preparation Failures
April I's experience was particularly egregious. She took her taxes to Mr. Lemos' office on April 3, 2017, only to be ignored and left in limbo until June 5th. After multiple calls with no response, her husband finally managed to pick up their taxes, with the promise that they would be completed "the next day". Unfortunately, Mr. Lemos failed to deliver, leaving clients disappointed and frustrated.
Unethical Business Practices
Michael B.'s interaction with Mr. Lemos was marked by dishonesty and disregard for contractual obligations. Despite having a valid contract and sufficient funds, Mr. Lemos prioritized donations over fulfilling his company's debt obligations. This behavior has no place in any business, let alone one that purports to serve the public.
