Our Team

At the helm of Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC is Theresa Dasenbrock, CPA, CFE, CGMA, who has been a valuable member of the firm since joining in 1987. As an owner and managing member of the firm, Theresa oversees and coordinates day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the firm's future. She specializes in work serving governmental organizations, overseeing audits, assisting in the development of organizational budgets, and providing management guidance to a variety of public sector clients.

Theresa is a well-respected accounting authority and has been invited to make presentations to various groups. She has served as a member of the governor's School Efficiency Task Force and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Government Audit Quality Center (GAQC), Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Steven D. Josserand, CPA, CGMA, joined the firm in 1992 and is a member/owner in the firm, operating in an advisory role and providing clients with assurance and tax consulting services. He primarily focuses his practice on agricultural businesses, feed yards, and construction. Steven serves on the firm's accounting and auditing committee, and information technology committee.
