For instance, our financial statement preparation services include compiled or reviewed financial statements. In tax return preparation, we cater to sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations. For personal tax returns, we provide services for all states' income tax planning and personal and business accounting services. Our business planning services include type of entity selection and the buy/sell of a business. Estate planning services include irrevocable trusts, gifting, family partnerships, and living trusts.

Richard Karpinski, CPA, is our Managing Partner with expertise in tax and accounting services, including audits of multinational corporations, corporate, trust, and individual tax return preparation, estate planning, business planning, and forecasting. Mitchell R. Adler, CPA, is a Partner with over 35 years of experience in individual, corporate, partnership, and estate and trust tax planning and preparation, as well as business consulting and succession planning. Jason Bernstein, CPA, is also a Partner with over 20 years of experience in tax preparation, planning, accounting, and compliance services for small to mid-sized businesses.
