Customer Service Issues
Some customers have reported poor customer service at the tax preparation office. H. D. had a terrible experience with the preparer, who was impatient and rude. The reviewer advises others to "STAY AWAY!"
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Eli H. had a positive experience with Kim Giese. After having a nightmare with previous tax preparation services, Eli was referred to Kim by his bookkeeper. Kim spent half a day with Eli to rectify the situation and provided great advice on utilizing the profit from his holding company.
Overall Assessment
