Our Story

Since its establishment in 1976, Jackson, Howell & Associates has been dedicated to delivering professional accounting services to clients in the Memphis and West Memphis areas. Our founders, Larry Jackson and Gary Howell, envisioned a firm that would provide high-quality accounting services to individuals and businesses. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Today, our staff consists of 9 CPAs, 5 CPA candidates, 4 paraprofessionals, and 3 support staff. We are proud to be members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). Our affiliation with Firm Foundation, a national accounting firm association, allows us to access resources, experience, and professional knowledge from a nationwide network of accounting professionals.
