Unprofessional Behavior
One reviewer, Bryan Petti, gave STA a 1-star review after experiencing unprofessional behavior from Barb Scripps. Petti had a tax question that was allegedly resolved by STA, but the firm failed to file an extension for his return, resulting in $1700 in penalties. When Petti asked about the delay, he was ignored for a month and only received a response after he formally disputed his invoice.
