Customer Service Issues
Q. C. S. left a scathing review, assigning a 1-star rating to their experience with the company. The customer took 10 months to complete a simple 1040 and Schedule C, and was charged an exorbitant amount of over $900. Despite promises to complete the task, the company failed to deliver, leaving the customer feeling frustrated and overcharged.
The customer cited several issues with the company's practice and service, including incomplete contracts sent for signing, broken promises, and a failure to deduct a deposit from the final bill.
