Our History

In 1981, a small group of partners acquired an 18-year-old certified public accounting practice in Chattanooga, TN. Since then, we have expanded to include locations in Memphis, TN, and have grown to employ over 200 staff members. Throughout our history, we have remained committed to delivering innovative solutions and old-fashioned hard work to help our clients meet financial challenges and benefit from business opportunities.
