Otrando Porcaro & Associates, Ltd. is a full-service accounting and consulting firm based in Warwick, RI. Since 1955, we have been dedicated to helping our clients achieve their business and personal financial goals. Gregory A. Porcaro, our principal in charge of tax, business valuation, and business consulting services since 1987, has been recognized as one of the top "50 IRS Practitioners" in the country and has been voted "Accountant Advocate of the Year" by the Rhode Island Small Business Administration. Greg has also served as a professor of taxation at Bryant University's Graduate School Master of Taxation Program since 1990, and is a frequent lecturer on various tax and business valuation issues for state and national professional associations. He has authored numerous publications in the industry and currently serves as an editorial advisor for The Tax Adviser, a national magazine covering all aspects of tax planning.
