She has over 50 hours of educational classes annually, including ones for divorce professionals. Kathleen has been a tax return preparer, consultant, and mediator in the St. Louis Metropolitan area for many years and is also an expert witness in the courts, explaining tax law in various areas including maintenance, dependency exemptions, tax credits, filing status, exercising stock options, IRA and pension distributions, alternative minimum tax, and asset sales.
