Russell M. Khederian's career in accounting began shortly after graduating with distinction from Babson College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After initial experience as a staff accountant in a small CPA firm, where he specialized in individual taxation and small business consulting, he transitioned to a corporate role as Corporate Controller for a large manufacturer of heavy construction equipment.

During this time, he also began building a private income tax practice, realizing a passion for helping individuals with their financial needs. Recognizing the growing demand for his services, Russell made the decision in 1983 to focus his career entirely on his burgeoning practice.
