Our Mission

Our founders, Erik and Rebecca, started ProAdvisor CPA out of necessity. Erik, a former Army Special Forces Green Beret, understands the importance of unconventional thinking. He applied this mindset to the bookkeeping and tax industry, recognizing the need for a firm that truly understands the needs of business owners. Rebecca, on the other hand, worked in the public accounting space and was frustrated with how firms treated clients like numbers. Together, they pioneered ProAdvisor CPA with a mission to make life easier for business owners and individuals.

Our Story

Our founders' journey began when they realized that most bookkeeping and tax firms didn't seem to understand how businesses work. Erik struggled with the lack of comprehension, having served in the army as an unconventional warfare expert. Inspired by his experience, he decided to rethink how a bookkeeping and tax firm would serve its clients. In 2016, Erik and Rebecca co-founded ProAdvisor CPA, driven by their passion to provide an exceptional experience for their clients.
