Our History

CPA Associates has a rich history rooted in a steadfast commitment to client service and financial expertise. Founded in 1987 in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, by Wayne Hearn, CPA and Harry Stroup, CPA, the firm has grown to become a trusted advisor for individuals, businesses, and organizations across central Pennsylvania. Over the years, CPA Associates has expanded its reach, establishing offices in Belleville and Altoona, Pennsylvania. This strategic growth has enabled us to better serve a wider client base while maintaining our core values of personalized attention and unwavering dedication. Today, our team comprises five qualified CPAs, four enrolled agents, and fourteen other skilled professionals, including four QuickBooks ProAdvisors.
