Our team is led by two accomplished professionals: Janet M. McHard, CPA, CFE, MAFF, CFF and Beth A. Mohr, CFE, CFCS, CAMS, CCCI, MPA, PI. Their impressive credentials reflect decades of experience and a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

Janet M. McHard holds licenses and certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), amongst others. She has completed specialized training in fraud prevention and investigation from reputable organizations such as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst (NACVA), and the University of New Mexico's Financial Investigators Certificate Program.

Beth A. Mohr, also a CFE, brings additional certifications in Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS), Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCCEP), along with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. Additionally, she holds Private Investigator licenses in New Mexico, Arizona, and California, further expanding the firm's investigative capabilities.
