Our History
De Noble & Company PC, the predecessor of De Noble, Austin & Company PC, was the first CPA firm in Iowa's history to exclusively service a city with less than 5,000 people. On January 1, 2012, Carmen Austin CPA was promoted to a shareholder and the company became De Noble, Austin & Company PC, Certified Public Accountants. The firm has opened a satellite office at 212 East Main Street in Luverne, Minnesota. The Luverne Office is concentrating on tax planning and preparation, small business accounting services and retirement consulting. In 2016, De Noble, Austin & Company PC moved to its new and current location at 121 S. Story Street.
