Our Story

Kristen's passion for finance stems from her father's successful career as CFO of a leading retail store. Her sister also pursued a career in accounting, and Kristen has spent the last decade as a lead accountant for a local company. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, Kristen is well-equipped to provide expert accounting services.

Implementation

We will complete a comprehensive assessment of your company's financial needs and implement QuickBooks Online, where necessary, with related applications. Upon completion, we offer the option to continue with our monthly service or provide a training package for your staff.

General Bookkeeping

We record all your business-related transactions using a real-time bank feed. Our services include complete weekly reconciliations and maintenance of your Chart of Accounts.

Budgeting and Forecasting

We help you identify areas to cut costs and create a forecast for the future to make your company more profitable.

Financial Reporting Statements

We provide month-end financial reporting within five business days of the close of the month. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly balance sheets and monthly profit and loss statements. We also offer customized reports to fit your financial needs.

Full-Cycle Accounting

Our full-cycle accounting service includes tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general bookkeeping, reporting, payroll, month-end closing, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
