Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in their fields. Our owner, John Seevers, is a certified public accountant with a specialization in individual taxation, estate planning, and corporate and partnership taxation. Deb Grossman and Janette Palenius are also certified public accountants with expertise in individual income tax preparation, corporate and partnership income tax, and not-for-profit tax return filings. Felisa Bilello serves as our accounting supervisor, overseeing payroll services, operations, and income tax preparation.

Our History

Valentine Seevers & Associates, PC originated in 1963 in Denver, Colorado, under the leadership of our founder, William R Valentine, CPA. Since then, the firm has expanded to include an excellent team of CPA's and support staff, making it the largest CPA practice in Evergreen. Throughout our history, we have been committed to providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.
