Founded in the 1940s, our firm has been passed down through the years, and we are proud to continue the legacy of providing unmatched tax and accounting services to our clients.

Our team is led by Jodi Crudgington, a certified public accountant with over 24 years of experience in public accounting. Jodi specializes in taxation and accounting for small businesses, farm and ranch clients, and non-profit organizations, as well as audits. She has a passion for providing expert advice, responsiveness, and peace of mind to small business owners and individuals alike.

Jodi's journey to becoming a CPA was not easy. After getting married, having two children, and enjoying a successful career in banking, she decided to put herself through college to pursue her dream of becoming an accountant. In 1996, she graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, and in 1998, she received her license as a certified public accountant. Since then, Jodi has worked for another CPA for 18 years before purchasing the business from him and setting up her own practice.

Today, we continue to serve many of the original clients and their families that have been with our firm since the beginning. We take pride in our decades of excellent customer service, and we are committed to providing personalized attention to each and every one of our clients. Our small size allows us to provide a high level of service and attention to detail that larger firms often cannot match.
