• Monthly Financial Reports: Our team will put your business on the right financial track with our monthly financial reports and small business services. We will enter accounts receivable/cash receipts, input accounts payable/cash disbursements, prepare journal entries, reconcile monthly bank statements, and prepare an Income Statement and Balance Sheet. We will also summarize monthly financial activity and hold monthly meetings to discuss financial statement changes and offer suggestions on cash flow management.
• Accounts Payable Processing: We will assist with your Accounts Payable processing and vendor management by entering invoice information to process payment, processing mailings of accounts payable, responding to vendors and care center manager's request for payment information, check copies and verification with the bank that specific checks have cleared, and assisting with other unique Accounts Payable needs of your business.
• Payroll Processing: Our team will manage your payroll processing needs, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of your employees.
• Property & Sales Tax Filing: We will handle your property and sales tax filing needs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.

Our Team

Diane L. Miller, CPA, leads our team of professionals at Kroeger-Miller CPA. Diane has been a practicing accountant since 1994, starting her career as a staff accountant with Merric & Associates, a Denver CPA firm. She expanded her skills with International Learning Systems and Pencom International before assuming the controller position at Women's Health Partners of East Tennessee. Diane lives in Maryville, TN with her husband Jeff and son Daniel. She volunteers at local animal shelters and serves as a volunteer for the Family Program at McGhee Tyson Air Base, providing services to military families in the area. Diane is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPA's and the American Society of Women Accountants.
