Our Story

Founded in 2006, we have been championing the use of the cloud for bookkeeping and document storage since 2008. Our mission is to create long-lasting customer relationships based on a foundation of outstanding customer service, mutual respect, trust, and standards of excellence. We achieve this by working in partnership with our clients, relying on them to provide the necessary information, respond to our queries, and communicate with us about any changes in their business or life.

Our Services

We offer a range of services aimed at helping small businesses manage their finances effectively. Our services include consulting for QuickBooks, bookkeeping for QuickBooks, and setup for QuickBooks. We also provide bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online.

Who We Are

Our founder, Jody Linick, has a wealth of experience in corporate America, having worked for companies such as Tall Tree Systems, Mother's Cake & Cookie Co., and the BSN Groupe (now Danone). She holds degrees in Sociology and French Literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is fluent in French. Jody is also a Black Belt in the Wado Ki Kai Okinawan style of karate.

Certifications & Memberships

Jody is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has been certified since 2003. She is also a certified bookkeeper with the AIPB - American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and a member of the Intuit Trainer/Writer Network.

As a certified bookkeeper, Jody has taken a pledge to abide by the code of ethics set forth by the AIPB. This code includes the obligation to provide clients with high-quality professional services, remain current and up to date on matters relating to the bookkeeping profession, protect the confidence of all aspects of the client's business, and be loyal to the client and work in their best interests.
