Additionally, we handle contractor payments and 1099 filing securely, collect W9 Forms from your contractors, submit payments on your behalf, and file 1099s at the end of the year. We also help with state and local tax filing, eliminating any surprises by estimating your sales tax liability and helping you set money aside for future payments.

Our inventory management services ensure that you do not have money sitting around in the form of unused inventory. We analyze your inventory status monthly and help you keep essential items on hand.

Monthly Plans

We understand that every business is unique and has different needs. Therefore, we offer customized monthly plans to suit your requirements. Our basic plan includes QuickBooks set up and training, QuickBooks support, QuickBooks online subscription, categorization and matching of up to 100 transactions, bank/credit card/loan reconciliation of up to two accounts, month-end close, custom reports, year-end tax-ready books, electronic document storage, and unlimited email/phone/video support.

Our advanced plan includes everything in the basic plan plus categorization and matching of up to 200 transactions, reconciliation of up to four accounts, location/class tracking, project/job costing, state and local tax return filing, payroll set up and support, employee time tracking, payroll processing, bill pay, vendor management, and 1099 filing.

For businesses that require full-service solutions, we offer a full-service plan that includes everything in the basic and advanced plans plus categorization and matching of 300+ transactions, reconciliation of five or more accounts, performance reviews, goal tracking, cash management, advisory growth, inventory management, accounts receivable management, accounts payable management, and registered agent services.
