Our team consists of John S. Carroll, CPA, and Bradley L. Johnston, CPA, who have extensive experience in the field of accounting. John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Louisiana College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He has nine years of international accounting experience with the firms of Deloitte and Touche, and BDO Seidman.

Brad, on the other hand, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses through multiple industries, ranging from small businesses to multi-million-dollar corporations. He also has many years of experience in the Auditing field.

We also have Leah B. Williams, CPA, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Northeast Louisiana University (currently ULM). She began her professional accounting career in 1981 and has experience in tax preparation, accounting, and auditing.
