*Michelle L. Ward, CPA, MT*

Michelle, a CPA and Accounting graduate of Temple University, holds a Masters of Tax from Villanova University. She began her public accounting career in 1998 and has extensive experience in various areas of federal, state, and local taxation for individuals and businesses, including multi-state taxation. Michelle takes pride in advocating for the small business owner in the ever-changing business world. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and serves on the board of FairView Counseling and The Play Therapy Center of Reading, a non-profit organization. She is also a past president of the PICPA Reading Chapter and a 2010 recipient of the Volunteer Service Award for the PICPA Reading Chapter. Michelle enjoys volunteering her time with charitable organizations, visiting the Delaware Beaches, and is a wine connoisseur.

*Shawn M. Cahill, CPA*

Shawn, a Magna Cum Laude Accounting graduate of West Chester University, started his public accounting career in 1997. Shawn has expertise in numerous facets of business and individual taxation, working closely with clients to help them achieve their financial objectives. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Shawn and his wife, Michelle, a fellow partner, have three children and enjoy visiting the Delaware Beaches and exploring new wines together.
