Our president and owner, David Wilson, CPA, started our firm in 1984 in Marietta, Georgia, after working seven years in both public and industry accounting. Over the years, we have consistently grown our client base and staff, thanks to our commitment to honesty, integrity, and our reputation for expertise in the small business community.

Our Firm History

Our firm's story began in 1984 when Mr. Wilson started his practice in Marietta, Georgia. In 1987, he purchased the practice of Charles W. Emerson, CPA, P.C., which had operated in the community since the 1950s. In 1992, he added additional clients by purchasing another small Smyrna-based practice. Then, in 1994, we experienced our largest growth to date with the purchase of Shelby E. Chambers, CPA, P.C., effectively doubling our client base and staff.
