Our company has been in business for over 35 years in the same location in Clearwater, Minnesota. We specialize in preparing tax returns for individuals, estates, trusts, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, and S-corporations. Our team is experienced and trained in specialized tax laws for small businesses, farms, daycare providers, clergy, and military personnel.

At Clearwater Tax & Accounting Service, LLC, we understand the importance of personalized service and convenience. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is available to assist you with your information requests, and our office is conveniently located for easy access. We offer reasonable pricing and free E-filing for your tax returns. Our tax season hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please call for hours after April 15th.

Our Team

Our team of experienced and knowledgeable tax preparers includes Judy Lashinski, EA, and Jacob Borash, EA. Judy has been preparing returns since 1996 and has been an Enrolled Agent since 2009. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, Minnesota Society of Enrolled Agents, and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Judy also serves on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Society of Enrolled Agents. Jacob has been preparing returns since 2010 and became an Enrolled Agent in 2013. He completed the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation (ACAT) in 2010 and graduated from Saint Cloud Technical College in 2009. Jacob is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Society of Enrolled Agents.
