The firm's story began in 1996 when Jack "Jay" Jenkins, a seasoned professional with experience at a leading public school auditing firm and as the financial manager of Broken Arrow Public Schools, embarked on a journey to establish his own firm: Jack H. Jenkins, CPA. Shortly after, Jay's brother, Jeff, joined the venture, marking the first steps towards a dynamic partnership. Building upon their combined knowledge and dedication, they rapidly expanded the client base, establishing a reputation for delivering exceptional auditing and accounting services to public school districts across the state.

Their commitment to honesty, transparency, and personalized service contributed significantly to the firm's organic growth, fueled primarily by word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients. In 2004, Michael Kemper joined the firm, his expertise further strengthening its capabilities. The firm is led by Jay Jenkins, a founder with nearly 30 years of experience in public school finance, and Michael Kemper, whose tenure spans 15 years and includes a stronghold in audit management. Jeff Jenkins, Jay's brother, contributes over two decades of experience in both audit and school finance consulting. Chelesea Chadwick, the Office Manager, brings her extensive experience in both auditing and school finance to the team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Caleb Carlson, a recent addition and a seasoned accountant, adds valuable insights and expertise to the firm's auditing practices. Finally, Alejandro Munoz, a recent graduate, joins the team, bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the firm.
