Our journey began with Vaughn Tribble, a visionary entrepreneur who arrived in Calaveras County seeking a challenge and a place to call home. Recognizing a lack of reputable accounting services in the area, Vaughn purchased existing practices in both Angels Camp and Arnold, establishing a foundation of trust and expertise that continues to this day. Over the years, Vaughn's firm expanded, integrating new talent and diversifying its services to meet the evolving needs of the community.

In 2002, the torch was passed to the next generation as Dan Ayala and Doug Tribble, both with decades of experience within the firm, became partners. Dan, with his extensive knowledge of tax preparation and consulting, predominantly serves our non-profit organizations and homeowner associations. Doug, who brings a comprehensive understanding of auditing and financial reporting, focuses on providing strategic guidance to our diverse clientele.

Vaughn Tribble, though now in semi-retirement, remains an active presence in the firm, sharing his wisdom and experience to ensure the legacy of excellence continues. He has been a driving force in building a strong reputation for integrity, reliability, and professionalism, which remains at the core of everything we do.
