- Monthly Bookkeeping: Our monthly bookkeeping package includes monthly financial reporting, bank and credit card account reconciliation, and free service via text and email.
- Payroll Processing: We utilize Gusto Payroll software to process your payroll and ensure accurate reporting.
- Accounts Receivable: We'll invoice your clients, receive payments, and report to you when a client is behind on payment.
- Accounts Payable: We'll pay your bills directly through your bank account, eliminating the need for checks.
- Clean Up: If you're behind on bookkeeping transactions, we can help catch you up and get your finances in order.
- Reporting: We'll provide you with financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
How We Work
Our process begins with a consultation to get to know you and your business. We'll set up a phone call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.
Next, we'll sign an engagement letter outlining the services we'll provide, the cost, and the bank account information for payment.
After that, we'll invite ourselves as bookkeepers in your QuickBooks file and access your bank account information, which will be stored securely in Zoho Vault.
Once we've completed our work, we'll provide you with financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports by the 5th of the next month.
