Our story began in 1974 when Barry Berman, C.P.A., founded our practice. Richard Sosman, C.P.A., joined the firm in 1989 and merged his practice into the firm in 1997. David Rosenzweig C.P.A., joined the firm and merged his practice into the firm in 1998.
