Unprofessional Service
Lauren H. had a disastrous experience with Linda, rating her 1 star. Lauren had initially discussed her personal and business taxes with Linda, who agreed to complete the work within a month. However, Linda became completely unresponsive, ignoring Lauren's emails, calls, and even showing up at her office. Lauren felt frustrated and betrayed, having trusted Linda with her personal information. She had to threaten the police to get her property back, and ultimately, her taxes were not completed on time.
