Joyce received her B.A. in business administration from Upper Iowa University and completed graduate studies in marketing and finance at the University of Dayton. She has worked as a CPA partner, treasurer, CFO, and human resources manager for several companies, directing financial reporting for Franklin University and Marion Technical College.
