Our Team

Our team of professionals is led by Cyndy MJ Rawlinson, a certified Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS and a licensed tax consultant in the state of Oregon. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Cyndy brings a deep understanding of tax law and regulations to every client engagement. Joining Cyndy are Carlee, a licensed tax preparer with over 25 years of experience in IT, and Alyssa, a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a licensed tax preparer in the state of Oregon.

• Bookkeeping Services: Our team is experienced in using QuickBooks products and can assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Accounting Assistance: We offer consulting services to help clients with financial planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Amendments and Compliance: We can assist with amending previous years' tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Our Process

At Cyndy & Associates Tax Services LLC, we understand the importance of personalized service and attention to detail. Our process begins with a review of client documentation and a consultation with our team to determine the best course of action for each individual or business. We then prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations. After completion of the tax returns, we will contact clients with options for reviewing, signing, and filing the returns. Payment is due prior to signing and filing the returns.

Pricing

We offer set pricing for tax preparation services, as well as separate pricing for bookkeeping, consulting, and audit assistance. Please contact us to obtain quotes for these services. Payment is due upon completion of tax returns and prior to filing returns. All other services are billed monthly and are due upon receipt.

We offer several downloadable forms to assist clients in gathering necessary information for tax preparation. These forms include the Tax Checklist Download Form, Expense Items Download Form, Business Engagement Download Form, and Personal Engagement Download Form. Additionally, we provide a Tax Withholding Estimator link to help clients determine the best way to complete Form W-4.
