Our story began in Little Falls, Minnesota in 1977 when John Berns founded the firm. In 2002, Jason Anakkala took over as owner and managing partner, expanding our services and expertise. A second office was opened in Brainerd/Baxter, Minnesota in 2004, further extending our reach and capabilities. Today, we continue to provide our customers with cutting-edge tax and financial advice.

We specialize in several areas, including small business, individual, and real estate. We are also very familiar with agribusiness and can handle any out-of-state return. Our accountants undergo extensive training throughout the year to ensure that we are always up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations.
