Founded in 1974 by Harold Crouch, Crouch & Company, LLC, Certified Public Accountants offers incomparable, personalized, quality services. Today, Kevin Crouch, CPA continues the traditions and values established by his father over 35 years ago.

Kevin L. Crouch, CPA, CMFO, is the managing partner of Crouch & Company, LLC. Kevin successfully passed all four sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accountants exam in November 1996 as a first-time candidate. In addition, he is certified by the State of New Jersey as a Certified Municipal Finance Officer and as a Public School Accountant. He holds a Certificate of Eligibility as a School Business Administrator from the State of New Jersey Department of Education. A graduate of Grove City College (Grove City, PA), Kevin is a charter member of the Gift Advisory Council for Ranch Hope for Boys. He volunteers with Group Workcamps Foundation, a service organization that utilizes the labor of church youth groups to repair homes for the needy and elderly. As a member of the Woodstown - Pilesgrove Regional Board of Education, he has served on the Educational Programs Committee, the Personnel Committee, and the Policy Committee. His professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants; Tax Collectors and Treasurers Association of New Jersey; Salem County Chamber of Commerce; Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association. He is the treasurer of the Salem County Republican Committee. Kevin enjoys entertaining as a member of the Avalon Stringband (Philadelphia, PA) and has served as the band's president and business manager.

William "Irv" Chard, CPA joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. Irv is a 1991 graduate of Widener University and is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Irv also is a New Jersey Public School Accountant. He offers a vast knowledge in the area of retail sales. A member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Harrisonville, NJ, he serves on the administrative board as Treasurer. In addition, Irv is the president of Chard's Furniture located in nearby Pilesgrove. In 2012, he was appointed to the board of directors of Ranch Hope. Irv's areas of expertise include income tax preparation, payroll tax compliance, and federal and state tax problem resolution.
