January 31: Form W-2 & 1099 NEC (electronic or mail)

February 28: Form 1099-Misc (paper file)

March 31st: Form 990 Series - Tax Exempt Organizations

March 15: Form 1065 - Partnerships

April 18: Form 1040 - Individuals

May 16: Form 990 Series - Tax Exempt Organizations

August 1: Form 5500 Series - Employee Benefit Plan

September 15: Form 1065 - Partnerships

October 17: Form 1120 - C Corporations

November 15: Form 990 Series - Tax Exempt Organizations

2022 Estimated Tax Payment Due Dates

1st Quarter - April 15th (April 18th for 2022 1st Qtr)

2nd Quarter - June 15th

3rd Quarter - September 15th

4th Quarter - January 15th of the next year (1/16/23 for 2022 4th Qtr)
