Our team is led by Phyllis Deitz, who was born and raised in Bryan College Station. Phyllis has been helping local businesses for almost 20 years and has a tenacious spirit to help small businesses thrive. She is a QuickBooks ELITE Pro Advisor, QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified, and QuickBooks Online Payroll Certified.

Phyllis is supported by her husband, Greg, who has been an integral part of the Deitz Consulting team since its inception. Greg has a passion for writing and enjoys developing strategies for business success. He has led teams of various sizes for over 20 years and enjoys creating a peaceful and productive work environment.

Our team also includes Alicia Joy Hill, the Operations Manager, who is a self-proclaimed nerd and a boy mom of four. With experience in corporate training, team development, and one-on-one coaching, Alicia ensures that all our clients receive the best possible service. Alicia is a dreamer, a doer, and a dad joke connoisseur.

Alicia Lopez, who joined us in 2020, is QuickBooks certified and continues to grow her knowledge in bookkeeping every day. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her granddaughters and socializing with friends.

Jessica Orr, a Bryan/College Station native, is organized and attentive to details, making her an excellent fit for handling many of the behind-the-scenes operations at Deitz Consulting. Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking day trips, and trying new coffee shops.

Laura Garrett, who is married to her high school sweetheart, is QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified and QuickBooks Desktop 2023 Certified. Laura is passionate about helping her clients through effective communication and thorough, detail-oriented bookkeeping. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and hosting friends and family.

Lindsy Williams, who joined us in 2023, is a former Accounts Payable accountant in the insurance industry. Lindsy earned her BBA from SHSU, majoring in accounting, and is looking forward to rediscovering her passion for numbers and helping our clients succeed.
