Our People

*Michele A. Eid, CPA*

Michele joined Hall & Holden, P.C. in 1995 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Trinity College. She became a certified public accountant in 1997 and was named a partner at the firm in 2003. Michele is actively involved in the local community, serving on various boards and committees over the years. She currently holds positions as one of the Commissioners on the Vermont State Ethics Commission and Treasurer of the Warren Cemetery Commission.

*Douglas L. Hall, former partner*

Doug Hall, a native Vermonter, joined Hall & Holden, P.C. in 1976, after serving as the comptroller for the Sugarbush Inn in Warren. He became a certified public accountant in 1989 and served as the firm's managing partner until his retirement in 2012. Doug was involved in several professional organizations and committees throughout his career, including the Vermont Association of Public Accountants, the National Association of Public Accountants, and the VT Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently provides tax assistance on a part-time basis.
