Outsourced Accounting Services

Our outsourced accounting services include straightforward monthly bookkeeping, transaction classification, bank reconciliations, and standard financial reports to help you better understand your business's performance and financial status. For clients subscribing to our monthly services, we also prepare relevant annual federal corporate tax returns or schedules.

Outsourced CFO Services

Our consultative and additional outsourced accounting services include financial statement consultation, where we meet monthly to discuss your compiled financial statements, address any strategic items, and make adjustments as needed. We also provide a range of CPA services, billed hourly as an a-la-carte option to help keep costs down and production up.

Outsourced Compliance Services

We offer comprehensive tax services, including tax preparation and compliance-related filings, as well as general consultative services to help you navigate the complexities of taxation and compliance.

Tax Services

Our tax services include corporate tax, state income tax, state franchise tax, state sales tax, and federal and state payroll tax returns. We also prepare federal and state individual income tax returns for individuals connected to the businesses we serve.

About Our President & Founding Member

Trey Marshall D. Gunn, III CPA, CGMA, MAcc is the President and CEO of Marshall D. Gunn, III CPA Firm, PLLC and Trey Gunn Enterprises, Inc. With over 13 years of experience in the accounting industry, Trey is a certified public accountant and graduate of the University of North Florida, where he holds Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Financial Services, as well as a Master's degree in Accountancy.
