Sheron Box, CPA

Sheron has been in the accounting field since 1983. She returned to college in 1990 and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an option in Accounting from CSU Chico. Sheron received her CPA license in 2006 and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Sheron is well-versed in the preparation of federal and state income taxes for businesses and individuals, as well as all aspects of small business accounting and financial statement preparation and working with QuickBooks. She is experienced in payroll tax and sales tax issues, and all government filings at the end of the year. Her professional skills are updated each year through extensive continuing education requirements by the California Board of Accountancy.

Sheron has been a member of Soroptimist International of Bidwell Rancho for 28 years and has served on the Board of Directors for many of those years. She recently served as Treasurer of the Sierra Nevada Region. "My involvement with Soroptimist guides me to do all I can to improve the lives of women and girls." Sheron also served as Treasurer of the Chico Northern Lights Service Unit for the Girl Scouts of Northern California for ten years.

Diane Hoff, Business Manager

Diane has worked with Sheron for over 25 years while working for prior employers -Levine & Collado, CPAS and Jose IR Collado, CPA as their office manager. At Sheron Box CPA and Associates, she is the one that greets you over the phone or at the front desk. Diane gives each client individual attention, whether it is delivering a tax return, going over an IRS notice, making an appointment, or getting them a cup of coffee. Since her position is at the heart of the business, Diane is the one that keeps the office running and organized. She enjoys working with QuickBooks and the behind-the-scenes administrative work.
