Business Practices
Byxbee has been the accounting firm for author Al M. for over 10 years, handling personal, business, and kid's taxes. Al M. has even recommended the firm to other family members, who still use their services.
Disappointing Experience
However, in December 2023, Al M. received an unexpected email informing him that Byxbee will be dropping their services due to lack of workforce and consolidation. This decision was not accompanied by a phone call or official letter, leaving Al M. frustrated and feeling unappreciated.
Unsatisfactory Treatment
The final blow came when Al M. tried to contact the firm for clarification, only to be met with busy meetings and unreturned calls. Al M. has always been a prompt payer and considered themselves low-maintenance clients. They express disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional way their services were terminated.
