Payment Options
We accept checks and cash at our office, as well as online payments through an invoice emailed to you. We also offer payment arrangements at the time of your first appointment for check, cash, or money order.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on factors such as the current state of your accounting records, the number and frequency of customer invoices, the number and frequency of checks written, the number of employees and pay period frequency, the extent of your reporting requirements, and the level of detail needed in operating budget.

Poor Customer Service
The majority of reviewers had a negative experience with this accountant. Carrie Swift gave a 1-star rating and described the customer service as "absolutely horrible". She stated that the accountant never returned her calls, didn't file her taxes on time, and was evasive when mistakes were made. Darlene Webb-Beukelman also gave a 1-star rating and complained that it took two months to even get her tax return, and she ultimately had to find someone else to finish the job.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Steve Congrave gave a 5-star rating and praised the accountant's firm for their exceptional service. He stated that they worked well with the IRS and kept clients informed, making them the go-to people for tax preparation, audits, and appeals.
