Red Flags and Frustrations
Multiple customers have reported being unsatisfied with the services provided by Chad Gilman's firm. Amelia Smith, who gave the company a 1-star rating, described a "horrible, horrible experience" after the company failed to provide the services she paid for. Specifically, Gilman failed to complete bookkeeping accurately, manage payroll, and review prior year taxes. Additionally, he did not show up to a scheduled tax strategy planning meeting and was unresponsive to her requests.
