Accounting Concerns
Some clients of DC Melton & Associates have had mixed experiences with the company. While one client, Matthew Crowe, has been extremely satisfied with the services provided by the company, particularly with regards to its bookkeeping and tax strategies. However, other clients have reported poor communication and neglect of their tax filing, leading to significant concerns.
Lack of Attention
Heather Daymon and Daniel Pifer, two separate clients, have expressed frustration with the company's inability to respond to their inquiries and neglect of their tax filing. Daymon's trust taxes were said to be neglected, while Pifer's taxes were completely forgotten about. Unsurprisingly, both clients decided to take their business elsewhere.

Austin Pfenning has also had a poor experience with the company. He is still waiting for his tax information and has left multiple messages and sent emails, which have gone unanswered. His concerns about IRS legal issues are growing.
