Disappointing Experiences
The reviews are a mixed bag, with some expressing negative experiences and others having positive encounters. One reviewer, Bill Williamson, had a terrible time with BFS, stating that Brian M. would not stop contacting him, even after being told he was no longer interested in the job. He implied that the company seemed desperate and likely on the verge of going out of business.
Contractor's Positive Experience
On the other hand, Spencer Field had a fantastic experience with BFS. He praised the agency for being unlike others he had worked with, saying that they acted more like "concierges" and were highly effective in helping him find new positions. He noted that they quickly landed him a "safety net" job and ultimately helped him find a great new position.
Unsatisfactory Experience
Gregi had a disappointing experience, stating that while the staff was friendly, there was a lot of wasted time. He recommended working with a larger firm to increase productivity.
