Inconsistent Service
However, Douglas Stiff had a completely opposite experience. He spoke with Kenneth J. Gulling, CPA, who was seen to be dis respectful towards his personal friend who received tax services from him. Douglas witnessed the offensive tone used by Ken when his friend showed him the tax return, which contained several concerning items. When Douglas asked a simple question, Ken responded in a disrespectful manner and then hung up on him when called out for it.
Negative Experiences
The disappointing encounter with Kenneth J. Gulling, CPA, left a negative impression on Douglas Stiff, who feels that the CPA's attitude was unacceptable.
